On the File tab, click New.

In the popup Project Details box, enter short description of the project you want to create and press ENTER or hit Ok button.
Tip: To start from scratch, select Blank document. Or, for practice using Word features, try a learning guide like Take a Tour, Insert your first Table of Contents, and more.
Import New Project

On the File tab, click New. And pick Import Project. Locate file with .vxexport extension.
